Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mónvia. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Public and private profiles
By default, new accounts are public: your profile and published trips can be seen by anyone. You can switch your account to private at any time from Settings, after which only your approved followers can see your trips.
3. Content you share
You keep ownership of the trips, photos, comments, and other content you upload. By posting content, you grant Mónvia a licence to store and display it as part of the service, in line with your visibility settings. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, abusive, or infringing.
4. Shared trips and costs
Trips can involve other users as travelers, and cost entries can be split between them. Mónvia only records what you and your co-travelers enter — it doesn't process payments and isn't a party to any money owed between travelers.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Mónvia to harass others, impersonate someone else, scrape or misuse other users' data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile and content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Service provided "as is"
Mónvia is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Mónvia after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
